Code Wellness Check
Get a quick second opinion about the health of your codebase! We’ll meet with your engineering manager and get a download on the issues with the code. We’ll get the project built and run the test suite (you do have a test suite, right?), looking for any problems or inefficiencies. Using automated and manual methods to analyze the code, we’ll make recommendations on how to reduce technical debt and improve security and performance.
Observability Introduction
Get a view into the behavior of your application and its users. We'll add an observability package to your codebase and set you up with a starter set of metrics and dashboards, so you can see what's currently happening in your application. We'll also give you the tools you need to add more metrics and dashboards, which will let you make changes with greater confidence.
Performance Audit
Building on a Code Wellness Check, we’ll interview your engineers about application performance issues. We’ll look into 2-3 of your most problematic queries or requests and make recommendations about how to improve them.
Project Onboarding Audit
Your project works well for established team members, but it's hard for new people to get started. We'll try to set it up ourselves to find the biggest pain points before interviewing your engineers to get over any hurdles and see what they've run into that we haven't. With that experience, we'll leave you with an improved onboarding process and recommendations to improve it further.
Test Suite Improvement
You've got an automated test suite, but it's giving you issues. We'll interview your engineers about the biggest pain points with your test suite and how to address those issues. We'll tackle the existing problems — whether that's performance, coverage, flakiness, or something else — and set you up for keeping the problem at bay.
