“We built this template on rock and roll.”

What we did:

  • Prepared a quick-list of problem areas and findings for our cycle planning. Completed an add-on usability test session (surprise!); exported observations to Mural and analyzed them as a team; began to answer research questions and compile usability metrics. Started to synthesize our usability test results (focusing on problems rather than solutions).
  • Documented a plan for a management retro.
  • Finalized plan to support our product launching at a conference!
  • Had a meeting to draft a vision for a new way of running Flagrant (an internal board of directors).
  • Learned more about form labels, specifically wrapping an input in a label to allow the label and checkbox to be checked/unchecked in a ViewComponent.
  • Updated our app’s color palette to line up with the latest information in our design system.
  • Finalized branding guidelines for a client.
  • Figuring out who does not have a Flagrant shirt.
  • Allowed MyMomentum Users to designate weights on individual inspection tasks, in order to create a more meaningful inspection score.
